## Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks to enhance productivity. Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure satisfaction.

Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Maintain and update customer databases and sales records. Coordinate communication between sales representatives and clients. Support the development of sales presentations and proposals. Monitor inventory levels and assist with order fulfillment as needed. Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategy discussions. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus. Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with CRM software is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
