Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior AEM Cloud Developer/Architect with 8+ years of AEM experience, including at least 3 years working with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).

The ideal candidate will have successfully delivered an AEM 6.x to AEM Cloud migration and possess strong expertise in AEM architecture, Cloud Manager, OSGi, Sling Models, HTL, headless content, DAM, Dispatcher, CDN, CI/CD, and Adobe Experience Cloud integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute AEM 6.x/AEM 6.5 to AEM as a Cloud Service migration initiatives.
• Design scalable and maintainable AEM Cloud architectures.
• Develop and customize:
  • AEM components and templates
  • HTL/Sightly
  • Sling Models
  • OSGi services and configurations
  • Servlets
  • Schedulers
  • Event handlers
  • Client libraries
• Design and implement headless content architectures using Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, and GraphQL.
• Build enterprise DAM solutions and multi-site architectures.
• Configure and optimize AEM Dispatcher, reverse proxies, load balancers, and CDN.
• Design and maintain Adobe Cloud Manager CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate AEM with internal and external APIs and enterprise applications.
• Develop event-driven integrations using Adobe I/O.
• Implement Adobe Experience Cloud integrations including:
  • Adobe Data Collection / Tags
  • Web SDK
  • Mobile SDK
  • Adobe Analytics
  • Adobe Target
  • Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
• Work with Adobe OpenAPI for AEM Assets and Sites integrations.
• Implement performance optimization across AEM, Dispatcher, and CDN layers.
• Establish DevOps and CI/CD best practices for AEM Cloud deployments.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and GitHub Copilot to improve development productivity.
• Explore and implement AI capabilities available within AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, architecture guidance, and mentoring.

Required Technical Skills

Preferred Qualifications

• AEM Developer or AEM Architect certification.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise AEM implementations.
• Strong knowledge of modern CDN and web performance optimization.
• Experience with multi-site and multi-region AEM architectures.
• Experience with event-driven architecture.
• Experience implementing AI-assisted development practices.
• Strong understanding of security, scalability, reliability, and production support.
