Description:

Role Summary: Senior analytical specialist focused on teammate-facing clinical applications (CWOW), clinical metric frameworks, and complex data workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Lead reporting design, data pipelines, and validation for core clinical metrics (including Permanent CVC Order Utilization, Care Activity On-Time Reporting, Pure Flow Flagging, and Vital Check Compliance).

·        Partner directly with Clinical Product Managers and operational leaders on metric definitions, baselines, and clinical workflow analysis.

·        Build and optimize advanced SQL pipelines and BigQuery data models to support scalable self-serve analytics.

·        Automate Key Result (KR) reporting to eliminate manual compilation.

·        Conduct peer reviews, quality checks, and root-cause analysis on clinical data anomalies.

Qualifications:

·        4–7 years of progressive experience in clinical data analytics, healthcare business intelligence, or product analytics.

·        Advanced SQL mastery and extensive experience with cloud data platforms (Google Cloud Platform/BigQuery).

·        Strong understanding of clinical workflows, EHR data structures, and clinical quality metrics.

·        Python/ETL scripting skills are strong pluses.
