Oracle Cloud - Order to Cash consultant with redwood
Client: CTS/Lyft
Remote

We are looking for an Oracle Cloud Order-to-Cash (O2C) Consultant with experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud and RedRedwood wood UX. The consultant will support O2C business processes, Oracle Cloud configuration, testing, and production support while helping business teams adopt the Redwood user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on Oracle Fusion Cloud Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
  • Configure and support Order Management, Pricing, Accounts Receivable, and related O2C modules.
  • Understand the complete Quote/Order → Fulfillment → Shipping → Invoicing → Receivables → Cash lifecycle.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Configure Oracle Fusion applications based on business requirements.
  • Work with Oracle Redwood UX pages and user experience.
  • Support Redwood adoption, personalization, navigation, and user experience improvements.
  • Work with technical teams on integrations between Oracle Cloud and external applications.
  • Support REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, and other Oracle integration methods as required.
  • Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, and process documentation.
  • Perform SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
  • Provide production support and troubleshoot O2C-related issues.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, integration teams, and other Oracle functional consultants.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud/Fusion.
  • Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
  • Experience with Oracle Order Management and Accounts Receivable.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Redwood UX.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud configuration and functional setups.
  • Understanding of Oracle Cloud integrations and REST APIs.
  • Experience with testing, UAT, and production support.
  • Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
