Job Title: Business Analsyt

Location: Reston, VA (5 days onsite)

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with Mortgage Domain, strong analytical capabilities, and a solid understanding of accounting and capital regulations.

Key Qualifications

• Prior Mortgage experience is required.
• Preferred accounting knowledge in:
  • Derivatives
  • Hedge accounting
• Business knowledge of Basel and ERCF, including the Capital Rule, is preferred.
• Strong SQL skills and proven data analysis capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
