Job Description

We are seeking a Member Marketing Campaign Manager to support the execution and delivery of Medicare member marketing campaigns focused on engagement, retention, and member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, digital, and member-facing channels.
Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, Product, Operations, Analytics, and Digital teams.
Manage campaign timelines, workflows, creative reviews, approvals, and launches.
Track campaign performance and support post-campaign analysis and optimization.
Maintain campaign briefs, documentation, status updates, risks, and dependencies.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on marketing campaign execution experience.
Experience managing multiple campaigns from planning through launch and measurement.
Strong cross-functional collaboration, project management, and organizational skills.
Experience managing timelines, deliverables, approvals, and issue resolution.
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Preferred

Experience with Workfront for campaign planning, workflow management, and project tracking.
Experience with Medicare, healthcare, or member/customer engagement marketing.
