Payrate: $62.00 - $63.00/hr.
Summary:
This position contributes to the work group by supporting the evolution of Customer Experience, developing the portfolio, roadmap, and reference architecture. The role involves interacting with a cross-functional team to drive customer experience strategy and best practices, ensuring a cohesive end-to-end experience. The candidate will participate in project delivery, overcoming obstacles across multiple teams and organizations through diligent planning, attention to detail, communications, and efficient decision-making.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $62.00 - $63.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus. Sick leave and mobile phone reimbursement provided based on state or local law.

Responsibilities
- Support the production of concept service designs and participate in creating artifacts such as personas, journey maps, and storyboards.
- Utilize exceptional problem-solving skills to address challenges and identify executable solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with eBusiness architects, technical architects, and data/content owners to deliver the desired experience.
- Stay current with innovative improvements and processes in the field of experience design.
- Interact with business partners, vendors, dealers, and end customers across the entirety of the client's business model and organization.
- Identify and solve problems quickly and correctly, determining the best course of action within departmental guidelines.
- Communicate necessary investments, architectural changes, or business needs to ensure optimal solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of experience or Master’s degree with 5 years of experience.
- At least 3 years of UX Design experience.
- Proficient in Figma, with at least 1 year of experience, and experience with Sketch and other UX/UI software.
- Comfortable working autonomously with product and engineering teams.
Skills
- Proven experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
- 3 years of experience designing complex systems or applications.
- Top skills include asking insightful questions, effective communication, and a willingness to collaborate.
