Senior Product Designer

Job DescriptionJob Summary :\n\n Creates user-centered experiences and interfaces for products and solutions which improves end-to-end user journeys.\n Develops the overall design and specifications for creating and enhancing the experience and functionality of user interfaces for company products.\n Uses design tools to create storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, information architecture diagrams and user journey maps for demonstrations and user testing.\n Produces high-fidelity designs for implementation by development teams.\n Analyze user research, business insights and other data to continuously improve customer experiences.\n Reviews proposed product changes or enhancements for compliance and alignment with desired user experience design and satisfaction standards and suggests improvements.\n Creates and maintains UI/UX resources such as content templates, samples and guidelines, to streamline the design process for designers and developers.\n\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n Identifies the right artifacts to create based on project needs and timeline and delivers high quality artifacts such as wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity specifications.

Sets the vision for the user experience.\n Develops understanding and empathy for users through user-centered methodologies, external analysis, research, and data.\n Presents design decisions and design strategy to peers, partners and cross- functional leadership.\n Actively improves design process and workflow for broader design organization.

Contributes to and actively improves design systems and UX patterns.\n Collaborates closely with product managers, engineers, design leads and other cross-functional partners to define project requirements and deliver against them.\n Actively engages with other designers to exchange ideas, share skills, and provide mentorship for teammates.\n Mentors associate designers and peers and may have a direct report\n Efficiently leverages design tools to deliver artifacts, drive collaboration with cross-functional partners, and build efficiencies into broader design team workflow\n\n
