Job Description

Securitas is seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support hiring for security and law enforcement roles within our Human Resources & Talent Management team. In this role, you will post jobs, screen applicants, schedule interviews, coordinate assessments and background checks, and maintain accurate candidate records. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a professional, timely, and compliant hiring process that aligns with our mission-driven, safety-focused culture and high standards for integrity and service.

Responsibilities

  • Post and update job requisitions across internal and external job boards
  • Screen resumes for minimum qualifications and forward candidates to recruiters/hiring managers
  • Schedule and confirm interviews, assessments, and hiring events for multiple stakeholders
  • Coordinate background checks, drug screens, licensing, and other pre-employment requirements
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and workflows in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Assist with preparation of offer letters and onboarding documentation
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide regular status updates to HR and hiring managers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and employment laws
  • Support HR and Talent Management projects to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience
