Salesforce Architect

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. This role will define scalable technical strategies, drive platform innovation, and ensure Salesforce solutions align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, enterprise integrations, AI-driven capabilities, and cloud platform solutions. The Architect will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, product owners, and leadership to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing Salesforce ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions.
• Define scalable Salesforce technical strategies, architecture patterns, and solution designs.
• Design and oversee complex Salesforce integrations with enterprise applications and external systems.
• Establish best practices for data modeling, security architecture, governance, and platform performance.
• Provide technical leadership across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce Flow, and other Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Evaluate and implement AI-driven Salesforce capabilities, including Einstein AI, Einstein Analytics, Einstein Bots, predictive models, and generative AI solutions.
• Develop and maintain integration strategies using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and integration frameworks.
• Partner with business stakeholders and product owners to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, scalability, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers and engineering teams.
• Drive continuous platform innovation and optimization across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of Salesforce experience with strong expertise in Salesforce architecture and enterprise solution design.
• Deep knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce Flow, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions and integrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture patterns, data modeling, security architecture, and governance frameworks.
• Experience implementing AI-driven Salesforce capabilities, including Einstein AI, Einstein Analytics, Einstein Bots, predictive models, or generative AI solutions.
• Expertise with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and enterprise integration best practices.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification preferred.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
