As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you'll be at the forefront, connecting with individuals and families to offer the protection they need. We're excited to bring someone on board who shares our commitment to integrity, community, and outstanding customer care. Entry-level candidates earn an average of $50,000 in their first year with base pay plus commission/bonus. Top performers earn on average up to $80,000 annually with base pay plus commission/bonus. Work directly with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations.

Develop and present customized insurance proposals for auto, home, life, and other insurance products. Actively prospect for new business through various channels, including referrals and community engagement. Manage policy renewals and address client inquiries promptly and professionally. Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes. A minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance. A genuine desire to help others and understand their needs. Comfort with technology and CRM systems.
