Sales Consultant

We are seeking an Employee Benefits Sales Assistant to join our growing team! This is a hybrid position based out of our Brookfield office in Wisconsin. Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting a dynamic sales team? We're looking for a Sales Assistant to play a critical role in helping our sales and account management teams deliver exceptional employee benefits solutions to clients.

In this role, you'll be the engine behind the proposal and marketing process, partnering with Sales Representatives, Account Representatives, Regional Vice Presidents, carriers, General Agents, and underwriting teams to bring competitive benefit solutions to market. From coordinating carrier quotes and managing proposal timelines to preparing impactful benefit comparisons and supporting sales strategy, your work will directly contribute to winning business and strengthening client relationships.
