Clinical Sales Representative - Detroit, MI

Clinical Sales Representative position focused on driving adoption of da Vinci® Surgical System in the Detroit territory. The role involves training surgical teams, managing system implementation, and expanding robotic surgery utilization across healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategy with Clinical Sales Manager to maximize da Vinci system utilization
Conduct training sessions and oversee operating room integration for surgical teams
Support regional sales and marketing events to build system awareness and procedure adoption
Create implementation plans ensuring surgical teams achieve independent system proficiency
Expand user base through key opinion leader partnerships and instrument/accessory sales
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 5 years sales experience with 2+ years healthcare sales
Ability to travel up to 25% and work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Proven sales track record and demonstrated ambition
Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities
Effective teamwork skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
