Job Overview

\n

We are seeking a Workforce Management Applications Analyst to support, configure, troubleshoot, and enhance Time & Attendance and Workforce Management/Scheduling applications.

\n\n

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience supporting or delivering complex IT solutions, with experience in application configuration, integrations, business requirements, production support, and technical solution delivery.

\n\n

Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Configure, support, and enhance Time & Attendance and Workforce Management/Scheduling applications.
\n
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
\n
• Support integrations between Workforce Management/Time & Attendance applications and other enterprise systems.
\n
• Analyze, design, configure, test, and support application solutions.
\n
• Troubleshoot application, configuration, data, and integration issues.
\n
• Provide stabilization and ongoing production support.
\n
• Work with contractors and third-party vendors on projects and enhancements.
\n
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes and develop technology solutions.
\n
• Support reporting and analytics requirements.
\n
• Participate in application testing, upgrades, enhancements, and implementation activities.
\n
• Work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
\n

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• 3+ years of experience supporting or delivering complex IT solutions.
\n
• Experience supporting or configuring Time & Attendance, Workforce Management, or Scheduling applications.
\n
• Experience with application configuration and production support.
\n
• Understanding of integrations/interfaces between WFM/Time & Attendance and other enterprise systems.
\n
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into specifications.
\n
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
\n
• Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, contractors, and vendors.
\n
• Ability to work onsite in Golden Valley, MN.
\n
• Bachelor's degree in CIS, MIS, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
