SAP Project Manager (cPLM).

Role: SAP Project Manager (cPLM)

Exp: 13+ Years

Location: Remote

This role operates across a 70% Data workstream / 30% Process Architecture split, orchestrating cross-pillar dependencies between Digital Technologies (DT), R&D, Quality & Food Safety (Q&FS), System Integrators (SI), and corporate stakeholders.

Skills Required:

• MUST HAVE experience managing heavy-data focused projects within the SAP cPLM space.

• Must have experience with SAP PLM implementations on a global scale.

• Project / Program Management: Proven track record managing complex data and process transformation workstreams in global enterprise environments using PMX (or equivalent stage-gate / hybrid PM frameworks).

• PLM & Enterprise Architecture: Experience with SAP PLM, SAP MDG, ERP integrations, and enterprise data models within R&D, Supply Chain, or Quality/Manufacturing domains.

• Process Tooling: Hands-on familiarity with process design and management tools such as SAP Signavio and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM).

• Methodology: Strong practical background in Design Thinking, Agile / Hybrid delivery frameworks, and structured change management (e.g., ADKAR).
