APM Engineer (Dynatrace)
Location: MD
Work: Full-time, Onsite 5 days/week
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM
Clearance: Must be able to obtain U.S. Public Trust Clearance
Must be local to Baltimore, MD and willing to work onsite 5 days/week.
Job Description
We are looking for an APM Engineer with strong Dynatrace experience to monitor and support critical applications for a large federal agency.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree + 7 years of IT experience.
3+ years of hands-on Dynatrace experience (SaaS or Managed).
Strong experience with Splunk.
Experience with Broadcom DX APM / CA APM / Wily.
Experience with Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting.
Experience using APIs for automation.
Strong understanding of hybrid cloud environments.
Understanding of mainframe-integrated applications.
Experience analyzing metrics, traces, and logs to identify performance issues.
Experience configuring Dynatrace dashboards, alerts, and synthetic monitoring.
Ability to troubleshoot production issues and support high-priority incidents.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
