Senior Ivalua Engineer Full Time Hybrid
Benchmark IT is partnering with a global consumer technology company to hire a Senior Ivalua Engineer. You will join a procurement systems team supporting a live, multi-ERP Ivalua platform. This is a hands-on, technical-functional role for someone who can configure, integrate and guide the platform's direction. You'll be the go-to technical authority for the platform, partnering with business owners, finance and digital teams to remove friction from procurement.
What You'll Do
- Lead Ivalua configuration and solution design across sourcing, contracting, supplier management, purchasing and invoicing.
- Build and maintain integrations between Ivalua and SAP S/4HANA and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, working closely with the ERP and finance teams.
- Turn business requirements into functional designs and system configurations that streamline procurement and finance operations.
- Own delivery from planning through go-live and hypercare, following established compliance and change-management standards.
- Help shape the technical roadmap for the platform, including the use of Ivalua's Gen AI and analytics features for spend visibility and workflow automation.
- Mentor junior team members, share best practices and set the standard for technical quality and delivery.
What You Bring
Required
- 6+ years of hands-on Ivalua configuration and support experience, including at least 2 full-lifecycle implementations covering both S2C and P2P.
- Current Ivalua L3 certifications in Integration (API, EAI, ETL), S2C and P2P.
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services and SFTP, using XML, JSON and EDI data formats.
- Experience integrating Ivalua with SAP (S/4HANA or ECC) or Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
- Strong end-to-end knowledge of sourcing, contracting, SRM, purchasing and invoicing, including GR/IR.
Preferred
- Familiarity with SAP FI, SAP MM and OpenText VIM.
- Experience building reports and insights in Ivalua's analytics tools.
- A track record of mentoring engineers and balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Details Employment: Full-time, direct hire.
Location: Hybrid, about 2 days a week on-site in NYC or Fairfield County, CT.
