Senior IAM Engineer (Saviynt) Phase 2 Implementation / Transformation

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IAM Engineer with strong Saviynt experience to support a Phase 2 IAM implementation and transformation program. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC), IAM engineering, application onboarding, integrations, provisioning, workflows, and identity governance.

The Senior IAM Engineer will work closely with IAM architects, security teams, application owners, and business stakeholders to implement, enhance, and support enterprise IAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Phase 2 implementation and transformation of the Saviynt IAM platform.

• Configure, develop, test, and maintain Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) solutions.

• Develop and enhance Saviynt workflows, policies, approval processes, roles, and access controls.

• Implement and maintain Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes.

• Configure automated provisioning and deprovisioning for enterprise applications.

• Perform application onboarding and integrate applications with Saviynt.

• Develop and maintain Saviynt integrations using REST APIs, connectors, web services, and custom integrations.

• Configure integrations with Active Directory, Entra ID/Azure AD, HR systems, ServiceNow, databases, SaaS applications, and other enterprise systems.

• Troubleshoot provisioning, reconciliation, workflow, integration, and authentication issues.

• Configure and support RBAC, ABAC, SoD, access certifications, and access request processes.

• Implement identity correlation, account reconciliation, and identity data mapping.

• Develop scripts and automation to improve IAM operations and reduce manual processes.

• Support IAM data migration, transformation, and platform enhancements.

• Participate in technical design, development, unit testing, SIT, UAT, deployment, and production support.

• Analyze production issues and perform root-cause analysis and remediation.

• Monitor IAM integrations and provisioning processes and resolve failures.

• Work with application teams to gather technical requirements and define integration specifications.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration documents, integration specifications, and operational procedures.

• Follow IAM security, audit, compliance, and enterprise architecture standards.

• Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC).

• Experience with Saviynt implementation, configuration, and enhancement projects.

• Strong understanding of IAM / IGA concepts.

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Saviynt workflows

  • Access requests and approvals

  • User lifecycle management

  • Provisioning/deprovisioning

  • Application onboarding

  • Access certifications

  • RBAC and SoD

  • Identity reconciliation

• Strong experience with REST APIs and Saviynt integrations.

• Experience with Active Directory / LDAP and Entra ID (Azure AD).

• Experience integrating IAM solutions with HR systems, ITSM platforms, databases, SaaS applications, and enterprise applications.

• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

• Experience with scripting/automation using Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or similar technologies.

• Strong understanding of identity data flows and account correlation.

Preferred Skills

• Saviynt certification.

• Experience with ServiceNow integration.

• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.

• Experience with CyberArk/PAM, MFA, and SSO.

• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud environments.

• Experience with Saviynt API and custom connector development.

• Experience supporting enterprise IAM transformation or modernization programs.

• Knowledge of security and compliance requirements related to IAM.

Experience

7+ years of overall IAM experience with 3+ years of hands-on Saviynt experience preferred.
