Periodic travel to Savannah, GA  will be required to support testing and training period. Standard per diem applies.

The client is HIGH MAINTENANCE  

Level 5 skills because this person is client facing 

S/4 HANA IS A MUST – DO NOT SUBMIT IF THEY DO NOT HAVE THIS 

LOCAL IS PREFERRED 

IF THEY ARE NOT LOCAL THEY MUST BE WILLING TO GO TO SAVANNAH GA MONDAY – THURSDAY (PAID EXP) 

    GOOD LEADERSHIP AND MEETING FACILITATION SKILLS 

(high level but is able to do all of the hands on and be able to answer questions) 

MUST HAVE HANDS ON CONFIG KNOWLEDGE 

Person really good with training and troubleshooting and helping people get comfortable with their new plant maintenance program.

MUST BE Very smart in SAP Plant Maintenance 

Someone who was (MAYBE A PLANT MAINT PRACTIONEER  IN THE PAST )

FIELD AND SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE 

Someone who worked at a place where the COMPANY WENT THROUGH A TRANSOFRMATION PROJECT WHERE THEY MOVED FROM ANOTHER PLANT MAINT PROGRAM TO SAP 

• COMING OUT OF MAXIMO TO SAP PLANT MAINT  (MAXIMO IS A COMPETITOR) 

MUST UNDERSTAND HOW DATA MIGRATION HAPPENS AND HOW TO TROUBLE SHOOT DATA 

THIS IS A GREENFIELD IMPL

- Provide input to the solution design decisions and help to validate the use of best practices or alternate recommendations

- Help the customer with learning the transactional process steps and best use of solution functionality

- Configure the solution to support in scope business processes

- Write functional specs for key technical development objects

- Provide insight and guidance to support data migration activities

- Provide knowledge transfer to key customer stakeholders to support security role build out in collaboration with the Security resources

- Provide support for testing and defect remediation

- Provide input to reporting requirements

- Work collaboratively with other consulting resources

- Adhere to scope change management and issue resolution processes
