  • Handle real estate disputes, construction defect litigation, creditor-side bankruptcy matters, and judgment collections.

  • Draft and review corporate governance opinions, board resolutions, articles of incorporation, bylaws, and real estate documents.

  • Advise clients on Davis-Stirling Act compliance, CC&R interpretation, and community association governance.

  • Contribute to marketing through published articles and presentations at industry events.

What We're Looking For

  • Three to seven years of concentrated litigation and/or transactional legal experience, including civil litigation work such as motions, discovery, and trial preparation.

  • A JD from an accredited law school and active membership in the California State Bar.

  • Strong legal writing and client service skills; a writing sample is required.

  • Experience in corporate governance or real estate law, with the ability to learn community association law.

  • HOA law, the Davis-Stirling Act, CC&Rs, creditor-side bankruptcy, judgment collections, or construction defect litigation experience is a plus.

  • Proficiency with legal research tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis, Microsoft Office, and legal case management software.

  • Independent, responsive, and receptive to feedback, with willingness to meet 1,800 billable hours annually.
