We're hiring on behalf of a leading player in the energy infrastructure sector. This company is instrumental in shaping the energy transition by implementing innovative substation projects across Germany. The Role

• Assembly of steel structures for 110kV to 380kV switchgear (air- and gas-insulated systems).
• Installation of high-voltage and medium-voltage equipment and electrical systems.
• Mounting of components such as HV clamps, suspension and support insulators.
• Assembly and disassembly of screwed and pressed connections, including pipe and cable assembly with cable pulling.
• Updating and marking of plan documents.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a locksmith, metalworker, industrial mechanic, construction mechanic, plant mechanic, or equivalent qualification.
• Professional experience in locksmithing, ideally in construction, mechanical engineering, energy technology, or the manufacturing industry.
• Experience with electrical systems is a plus.
• A valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel to sites using a personal vehicle.
• Readiness for regular assembly assignments (Monday-Thursday) in Northeast Germany, including overnight stays.
• Good German language skills and an independent, motivated work style.
