Job Description

4. Amazon Connect Developer

Location: Woodlawn, MD | Onsite 5 days/week
Interview: In-person interview required

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
7+ years of experience with large-scale enterprise frameworks
7+ years of AWS Cloud experience
3+ years of hands-on Amazon Connect experience
3+ years of experience with Node.js, Python, and/or Java
3+ years of experience with call routing and messaging
Experience with IVR, ACD, and skill-based routing
Experience with live chat and messaging solutions
Experience gathering, reviewing, and documenting requirements
Experience developing process-flow documentation
Experience with AWS Lambda
Experience with Amazon Lex and conversational bots/NLP
Experience with Kinesis Streams and Kinesis Data Firehose
Experience with AWS Glue and VPC
Experience with SNS, AppSync, and EventBridge
Experience with DynamoDB Streams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience:

Federal government environments
Enterprise contact-center transformation
Change management and testing
High-availability solutions
Fast-paced enterprise environments
Experience working independently and within technical teams
