Web Developer/Designer

The H&K Group seeks a Web Developer/Designer to build and maintain responsive websites that showcase our heavy civil construction and materials services. In this role, you'll design and code user-friendly pages, create graphics and layouts, and optimize performance, SEO, and accessibility. You'll support marketing, recruiting, and project teams with timely updates, project portfolios, and digital campaigns. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive company and project websites for The H&K Group's construction operations and services.
• Translate business and project requirements into user-friendly web experiences that support marketing, recruiting, and client communications.
• Create and implement web page layouts, graphics, and UI elements aligned with brand standards and safety-focused messaging.
• Optimize sites for performance, accessibility, SEO, and mobile responsiveness across modern browsers and devices.
• Update content, imagery, and project portfolios to support bids, proposals, and community outreach.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and HR teams to gather requirements and deliver web solutions on schedule.
• Integrate forms, tracking, and basic analytics to measure engagement and improve user experience.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain site security and reliability in coordination with IT as needed.
