Role: ServiceNow AI Platform Engineer

Location: Remote

Experience: 6-10 Years

Role Summary: Design, build, and operationalize AI-powered capabilities within ServiceNow using Now Assist, GenAI, AI Agents, workflow automation, and enterprise integrations. Enable intelligent automation and business productivity through AI-driven solutions. The requirements align with ServiceNow GenAI and enterprise AI integration capabilities referenced in ServiceNow Solution Architect (ITSM, Catalog & GenAI).docx.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and implement ServiceNow AI and Now Assist capabilities.
  • Design GenAI-driven use cases for case summarization, knowledge generation, virtual agents, and task automation.
  • Build AI-assisted workflows and automation solutions.
  • Integrate external LLMs and AI services with ServiceNow.
  • Develop prompt engineering and RAG-based solutions.
  • Configure AI governance, monitoring, and security controls.
  • Support AI adoption and business value realization.
  • Collaborate with architects and process owners to identify AI opportunities.

Required Skills

  • Experience with ServiceNow AI, Now Assist, and Conversational AI.
  • Knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI Agents.
  • Experience with REST APIs, Integration Hub, and enterprise integrations.
  • Understanding of workflow automation and ServiceNow platform architecture.
  • Python and AI framework knowledge preferred.

Preferred Certifications: CSA, CAD, ServiceNow AI Certifications, Azure AI or AWS AI Certifications.
