Hiring: Recruitment Manager – Manufacturing Domain + AI
Location: Cleveland, OH (Day 1 Onsite)

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager / Account Manager to support a strategic enterprise client in the manufacturing industry. This role requires a strong background in IT services, enterprise account management, and onsite-offshore delivery, with exposure to AI-driven digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a strategic enterprise account

• Serve as the primary onsite contact for business and IT stakeholders

• Identify new business opportunities and drive account expansion

• Collaborate with offshore delivery teams to ensure successful project execution

• Manage SOWs, renewals, staffing alignment, and governance activities

• Support presales efforts, proposals, and solution discussions

• Maintain strong communication between onsite and offshore teams to ensure client satisfaction

Required Experience:

• 8–10 years of experience in IT services sales or account management

• Strong experience working in an onsite-offshore delivery model

• Proven experience managing enterprise accounts and senior client stakeholders

• Solid understanding of IT services, digital engineering, and technology delivery models

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Preferred Experience:

• Manufacturing or industrial domain experience

• Knowledge of ERP, PLM, MES, Supply Chain, or Engineering applications

• Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing organizations
