Job Summary
The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) is seeking an experienced Sr. Hexagon EAM Support Lead / Configuration Specialist to support the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) implementation for the Department of Subways (DOS). This role will be responsible for configuring, enhancing, and supporting the HxGN EAM (formerly Infor EAM) platform while collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable asset management solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in HxGN EAM v11.x configuration, ION integrations, FlexSQL, Extensibility Framework, and enterprise asset management processes. Prior experience supporting railroad or transit organizations is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Configure and customize HxGN EAM (Infor EAM) core and mobile applications based on business requirements and technical design specifications.
Develop and implement FlexSQL and Extensibility Framework solutions to support complex business requirements.
Design, develop, and support system integrations using Infor ION, Web Services, and other enterprise integration tools.
Collaborate with Technical Leads, Business Analysts, and Project Managers to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
Support system testing activities, troubleshoot defects, and provide timely issue resolution.
Perform application configuration, administration, and ongoing production support.
Participate in deployment planning, release management, and post-production support activities.
Prepare technical design documents, configuration documentation, and system specifications.
Develop and deliver user training materials and knowledge transfer sessions.
Ensure all solutions comply with enterprise standards, security policies, and best practices.
Work closely with stakeholders to support the successful rollout of the Enterprise Asset Management platform.

Required Qualifications
Minimum 7+ years of IT experience in enterprise application configuration and support.
At least 4 years of hands-on experience with HxGN EAM (formerly Infor EAM).
Strong expertise in HxGN EAM v11.x configuration and administration.
Extensive experience with Infor ION integrations and Web Services.
Hands-on experience developing FlexSQL and Extensibility Framework solutions.
Experience supporting enterprise-wide Asset Management implementations.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with technical teams, business users, and project stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in the Railroad or Transit industry.
Experience supporting large-scale Enterprise Asset Management implementations.
Familiarity with enterprise integration architecture and middleware technologies.
Experience with system testing, defect resolution, and production support.
Experience creating technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer documentation.
