Senior IT Functional Manager – Oracle ERP & Business Systems

Lead cross-functional IT business initiatives for a global semiconductor organization,
serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams.
- Drive enterprise application strategy, business process improvements, requirements
gathering, solution design, and end-to-end implementation across Oracle ERP and related
business systems.
- Partner with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and operations teams to
ensure technology solutions align with business objectives while managing vendors,
project timelines, risk, and stakeholder communications.
- Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of IT functional consulting or business systems
leadership, experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments, strong
Oracle ERP expertise, and a proven track record leading complex enterprise
transformation initiatives.
