Job Role - Tech Lead

Location - O'Fallon, MO - 2 days onsite

Duration: Contract /Full time

Job Description:

Experience: 8+ Years

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality enterprise applications within agreed timelines and estimated effort.
• Provide accurate estimates for assigned tasks.
• Write and execute unit and integration test cases.
• Provide timely and accurate task status updates.
• Follow organizational processes and policies, protect intellectual property, and contribute to process improvement and knowledge sharing.

Required Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, IOC, AOP, Spring Security, SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and web services using JSON and SOAP.
• Experience using Eclipse or MyEclipse IDE.
• Experience writing JUnit test cases and working with Maven, Ant, Gradle, and Git.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of deployment tools such as Chef and Ansible.
• Knowledge of design patterns.
• Experience with Mockito, JBehave, Jenkins, Bamboo, Confluence, and Rally.
• Hands-on experience with React.
• Knowledge of Selenium and API automation.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with AI-driven systems or agentic architectures, such as LLM integrations, AI-enabled automation, or intelligent agents, is a strong plus.
