The Role

• Serve as a technical leader across system architecture, analysis, integration, and verification for undersea vehicles and sensor systems.
• Lead and support TEMPALT development, ATO packages, and system safety analyses.
• Develop system-level test strategies and plans, coordinating verification and validation activities.
• Provide Technical Data Package oversight, ensuring technical integrity and compliance.
• Perform and review reliability and safety analyses, including FMEA and FMECA.
• Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering practices using Cameo for requirements and architecture traceability.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant Engineering or Science field.
• 8+ years of experience with subsea maritime systems or integrated electro-mechanical systems.
• 8+ years of experience leading integrated teams.
• Exposure to DoD technical program execution.
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance.
• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (Cameo) is a plus.
