Job Description

  • This fully remote role is open to attorneys located anywhere in the United States, provided they hold an active Delaware law license.*
  • THE JOB*
We are seeking a motivated attorney licensed in Delaware to join our fast-paced, high-volume litigation team representing debtors in collection matters. This is a multi-state practice that offers meaningful responsibility, hands-on litigation experience, and the opportunity to make a real impact—without billable hour requirements.
This role is ideal for attorneys who enjoy owning their cases, thinking strategically, and working collaboratively in a supportive, congenial culture that values results, efficiency, and professional growth over rigid metrics.

  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*
  • Oversee and manage a high-volume caseload of consumer debt litigation matters
  • Appear in court and handle litigation proceedings in assigned jurisdictions
  • Communicate directly with opposing counsel regarding case strategy, settlement, and resolution
  • Communicate directly with clients as needed regarding escalated matters and paths toward favorable resolution outcomes
  • Coordinate closely with paralegals and internal administrative teams to ensure efficient case progression
  • Exercise strategic thinking in evaluating cases, prioritizing actions, and driving outcomes
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, challenge inefficiencies, and enhance litigation practices
  • Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and procedures
