Staff Frontend Engineer

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong expertise with React and TypeScript
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience building and maintaining enterprise-scale web applications
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, performance, and design patterns
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and software quality practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working within Agile software development teams
• Ability to lead projects from technical planning through production deployment

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with state management libraries and modern frontend ecosystems
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native development practices
• Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to engineering standards
