Job Description

A Saas company in Watertown is hiring an AI-focused Staff Software Engineer for their team. You'll be a point person for modernizing their legacy environment using Agentic AI workflows.

The company focuses on modern construction solutions, and they are ideally looking for an engineer with experience using Agentic AI tools such as Langchain, RAG, and LLMs. The position is hybrid.

Required Skills & Experience

• Highly skilled in Agentic AI workflows (MCP Servers, Eval Frameworks, etc.)
• Experience working in an AWS environment
• Skilled in 1+ backend languages (PHP, C#, Java, Node)
• Experience modernizing a legacy environment

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience working for a Saas company
• 5+ years of development experience
• Degree in a relevant field
