Seeking a Senior Front-End Developer with strong JavaScript fundamentals and experience building modern web applications. Front-End Developer supports the development and enhancement of modern web applications by building accessible, reusable, and responsive user interfaces for Maryland Paid Family and Medical Leave Insurance (MD FAMLI). Candidates should have experience with Ember.js or Lit (Lit strongly preferred), or plain JavaScript, Web Components, and web accessibility standards. Familiarity with Vue.js is a plus. Basic knowledge of Ruby on Rails is sufficient, as Rails is used primarily for YAML configuration rather than application development. React experience alone is not considered relevant for this role. Should have 5+ years of experience.
 
 
Key Responsibilities :
 
•            Build and maintain reusable Web Components using modern JavaScript and Lit (preferred) or Ember.js
•            Develop responsive, accessible user interfaces that comply with WCAG and Section 508 accessibility standards
•            Implement UI enhancements that improve usability, performance, and maintainability
