They are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to join a dynamic team focused on optimizing high-performance, mission-critical systems. The Role • Lead system administration for both Linux and Windows-based systems within secure, mission-critical environments. • Architect, manage, and maintain complex server, storage, and virtualization infrastructure (e.g., VMware, KVM). • Execute OS installation, configuration, hardening, and patching in strict compliance with relevant security standards and policies. • Monitor system performance, conduct root cause analysis for issues, and implement efficient resolutions. • Develop and maintain automation scripts and infrastructure as code using tools like Ansible, PowerShell, and Bash. What You'll Need • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience. • Active Top Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain TS/SCI with Polygraph. • DoD 8570 IAT Level II or III certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CISSP). • Proven experience with Linux (Red Hat/CentOS) and Windows Server administration. • Proficiency in virtualization platforms (VMware, KVM) and automation/scripting tools (Ansible, Bash, PowerShell). • Experience supporting intelligence or DoD classified environments and familiarity with STIG compliance and RMF processes.
