Sr Okta Engineer (Hybrid in Cambridge, MA) Local Only

MUST HAVE:

true Compute & Identity engineering role. Experience with technology ownership, AWS/Azure cloud platforms, compute hosting, Windows infrastructure, or broader platform engineering responsibilities. Must have infrastructure and cloud engineering depth we are seeking for the Senior Engineer, Compute & Identity role.

MUST HAVE: OKTA expertise

• Administer Okta, Entra ID/Azure AD, Active Directory, and SaaS identity integrations
• Implement and support SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, federation, identity synchronization, and Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes
• Manage identity provisioning/deprovisioning, privileged access, access reviews, and Zero Trust initiatives
• Support Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, VMware vSphere/ESXi, storage, and backup/recovery
• Automate identity and infrastructure processes using PowerShell
• Lead migrations, upgrades, directory/tenant changes, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Maintain technical documentation and support GxP/audit-ready environments

Qualifications

• 8+ years of infrastructure, cloud, and identity engineering experience
• Strong Okta/IAM, Entra ID, Active Directory, SSO, MFA, federation, and Conditional Access
• Hands-on Azure and Microsoft 365 experience
• VMware and PowerShell experience
• Strong troubleshooting and solution design skills
• GxP/life sciences and AWS experience preferred
