The Role

• Manage and maintain digital personnel files across various systems.
• Support HR managers with administrative tasks, payroll, and employee support.
• Oversee and manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Generate employment certificates and prepare documentation for personnel meetings.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal departments, authorities, partners, and employee representatives.
• Create reports and statistics, and optimize Excel-based processes.
• Assist the department head with special projects.

What You'll Need

• Commercial apprenticeship (e.g., HR specialist, office management, legal assistant) with a focus on human resources.
• Previous experience in HR administration or a secretarial role is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel; SAP or Hansalog knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, discreetly, and meet deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
• A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and strong organizational skills.
• Fluent German language proficiency in both written and spoken form.
