Job Title:  Recruiter (Automotive & Engineering Domain)

Job Location: Novi, Michigan

Duration: 6+ months C2H / Fulltime

Experience level:  5-15 Years

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on the automotive industry.
3. In-depth knowledge of the automotive sector, including industry trends and key roles.
4. Strong sourcing skills and experience with various recruitment tools and platforms.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
