Healthcare Recruiter

RCM Healthcare Services is seeking a CF to join our collaborative, mission-driven healthcare staffing team. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment for nurses and allied health professionals, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. You will build strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and schools nationwide, understanding their staffing needs and delivering high-quality candidates. Working closely with internal teams, you will uphold our standards of quality, integrity, and service while contributing to improved patient care through effective staffing solutions and long-term client partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for nurses and allied health professionals
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels and tools
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients nationwide
• Understand client staffing needs and match them with qualified candidates
• Coordinate offers, negotiations, and onboarding processes
• Ensure compliance with healthcare credentialing and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet service and placement goals
• Track and report recruiting metrics to support continuous improvement
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in ATS/CRM systems
• Represent RCM's values of quality, integrity, and service in all interactions
