The Role • Drive new business development through prospecting and leveraging marketing tools. • Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and recommend effective solutions. • Build trusted relationships with commercial clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored pest management strategies. • Achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the sales team. • Maintain professionalism and integrity in all customer and coworker interactions. • Utilize provided technology like iPads for sales agreements and organization. What You'll Need • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Valid driver's license. • Ability to obtain a pesticide license (company paid). • Willingness to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks including ladder use and confined space entry. • Strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset. • Desire to learn and grow within a recession-resistant industry.
