Drive recruiting efforts and build lasting applicant pipelines
Manage onboarding, promotions, and employee recognition
Partner with colleges, universities, and community organizations to find top talent
Support leadership in staffing, training, and long-term recruitment strategies
Collaborate with sales & management on HR and marketing initiatives
Experience in interviewing, recruiting, and training
Bachelor’s degree preferred (or 4 years relevant experience)
