Job Title: Business Systems Analyst – Infrastructure Services

Location: Pontiac, MI (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements through stakeholder interviews and process/system analysis.
Support multiple infrastructure projects and ensure deliverables are completed according to defined requirements and specifications.
Analyze data and existing business processes to identify issues, gaps, opportunities, and improvement areas.
Design solutions and develop clear technical and functional requirements.
Conduct research and recommend solutions to improve existing systems and processes.
Support testing, implementation, and deployment of technology solutions.
Develop procedures and documentation for improved system and business processes.
Provide user training, technical guidance, and post-implementation support.
Prepare RFPs, technical documentation, and Contract Scope of Deliverables.
Collaborate with Networking, Server, Workstation, M365, VoIP/Telecommunications, and Service Center teams.
Manage priorities across multiple active projects while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience.
Apply strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to resolve project issues and obstacles.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience with the Microsoft 365 Productivity Suite.
Demonstrated experience working on IT Infrastructure projects.
Ability to successfully multi-task and prioritize work across multiple projects and assignments.
Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement experience.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to identify issues, obstacles, and opportunities and develop effective solutions.
Self-starter with strong ownership, accountability, and project delivery skills.
Strong customer-service mindset with a focus on delivering an excellent customer experience.
