Role Summary
Seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Lead Consultant with specialized expertise in Model N and the Life Sciences domain for a 100% on-site role in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional and technical knowledge of Model N commercial and government pricing applications, revenue management, rebate processing, and compliance operations. Key responsibilities center on driving solution design, gathering complex business requirements, engaging key client stakeholders, and supporting critical project milestones to ensure seamless program execution.

Key Responsibilities
* Model N Platform Leadership: Lead functional and technical business analysis activities for Model N implementations, upgrades, and operational enhancements.
* Commercial & Government Pricing Operations: Translate complex Life Sciences commercial contracting, government pricing, Medicaid rebates, chargebacks, and gross-to-net processes into actionable technical requirements.
* Solution Design & Workflow Mapping: Conduct solution design sessions, create end-to-end business workflow diagrams, functional specification documents (FSDs), and data mapping specifications.
* Stakeholder Engagement & Consulting: Partner directly with client business leaders, commercial operations, and technical teams in an on-site consulting capacity to manage expectations and drive project deliverables.
* Program Execution & UAT: Define test scenarios, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), oversee defect resolution, and facilitate change management for smooth system deployment.

Preferred Qualifications
* Model N Platform Certification.
