Data Delivery Lead Enterprise Data Migration Program

We are seeking an experienced Data Delivery Lead to drive a large-scale enterprise data transformation and cloud migration program. This role will lead end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams, partnering with senior stakeholders, architects, engineers, analysts and vendor teams to successfully deliver strategic data outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise data migration and transformation programs.
• Manage multiple delivery streams across business and technology teams.
• Drive agile delivery practices, planning, risk management and governance.
• Oversee data migration, testing, reconciliation and cutover activities.
• Provide clear executive-level reporting and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy and enterprise risk controls.

Essential Experience

• 10+ years' experience leading large-scale technology and data delivery programs.
• Strong background in enterprise data migration, data warehousing or data platform transformation.
• Experience delivering cloud-based data solutions, with exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams including data engineers, solution architects, business analysts and QA resources.
• Strong understanding of agile delivery methodologies including Scrum, Kanban and SAFe environments.
• Experience managing stakeholders at Executive Manager and Executive General Manager level.
• Demonstrated success delivering within complex, regulated enterprise environments.

Desirable Experience

• Financial Services or Insurance industry experience.
• Experience migrating legacy data warehouse platforms such as Teradata, Greenplum, Netezza, Oracle or Hadoop.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud data services including BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage and Pub/Sub.
• Exposure to DataOps, CI/CD, dbt/Dataform and modern data architectures.
• Experience working with systems integrators and offshore delivery partners.

Qualifications

• Relevant certifications such as Google Cloud, SAFe, PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master or similar are highly regarded.
