Project Manager - AV Projects - 8 month contract - Hybrid working

Your new role
As the AV Projects Manager, you will manage a portfolio of audio-visual room upgrades from initial site assessment through to commissioning and handover. You'll work closely with internal technology and facilities teams as well as external AV, electrical, network and construction vendors to ensure projects are delivered to the required scope, schedule and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing enterprise AV and collaboration technology projects end to end
• Coordinating site visits, AV designs, scopes of work and technical documentation
• Managing vendors, procurement activities, quotations and project expenditure
• Coordinating AV, networking, electrical, facilities and building dependencies
• Managing project schedules, risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies
• Preparing financial forecasts and reconciling forecasts against actual expenditure
• Producing consolidated project and portfolio reporting
• Supporting project governance, change control, benefits tracking and delivery assurance
• Monitoring vendor performance and contributing to vendor scorecards
• Identifying opportunities to improve project delivery, reporting and forecasting processes.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years' experience delivering enterprise AV and collaboration technology projects
• Strong experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms and integrated AV environments
• Knowledge of the network, electrical and building infrastructure required to support AV solutions
• Demonstrated experience managing vendors, procurement, quotations and commercial arrangements
• Strong project financial management, forecasting and reporting capability
• Experience managing complex stakeholders and multiple concurrent project priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio and Microsoft 365
• Experience working within established project governance frameworks.

What you'll get in return
This is an 8-month contract opportunity based in Brisbane, working across two sites with a hybrid arrangement of approximately three days onsite and two days working from home, with onsite project requirements taking priority.
