Project Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client for a 6-month temporary contract. The role will provide professional project management services to business owners, supporting the end-to-end delivery of projects within agreed scope, time, cost and quality parameters.
The Project Manager will work closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are well planned, governed and delivered successfully.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects from planning through to implementation and closure.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies and quality.
Work closely with Business Owners, subject matter experts, technical teams and external vendors.
Manage Microsoft Dynamics-related projects, ensuring business requirements, system impacts and delivery outcomes are clearly understood.
Support requirements gathering, business analysis and assessment of impacts across business processes and operating models.
Prepare project plans, governance documentation, status reports, meeting packs, minutes and risk/issue registers.
Facilitate project working groups and stakeholder meetings.
Identify and escalate key risks, issues, dependencies and delivery challenges.
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
Contribute to improving project management frameworks, tools and delivery practices.

Key Requirements

Demonstrated experience in end-to-end project management, with strong business analysis capability.
Experience in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk and issues management, reporting and project execution.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously, manage complex tasks and navigate ambiguity.
Advanced Microsoft 365 skills and experience with project portfolio management tools.
Knowledge or experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Pega system builds is desirable.
Government or regulated-sector experience is highly desirable.
Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Project Management, Business Analysis or a related discipline.
PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile or relevant project management certification is desirable.
