What You Bring

•Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience

•5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager

•Direct, hands-on experience managing Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) programs including Real-Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics, & Journey Optimizer

•Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.

•Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal— with the ability to present ideas clearly.

•A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across teams.

•Proven ability to influence outcomes and drive results under pressure.

•Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

•Self-motivated and comfortable working independently or in team settings.

•Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

•Proficiency in SharePoint, Workfront, Jira, and Microsoft Office tools.

•Proven experience leading large, cross-functional Adobe Experience Platform implementations end-to-end, from architecture through launch.

•Working knowledge of AEP components such as Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, XDM schemas, and data ingestion/activation pipelines, sufficient to engage credibly with engineering on technical trade-offs.
