Web Developer

Aquent Talent is seeking a Web Developer to build and optimize modern, responsive web applications for creative, marketing, and digital clients. In this role, you'll collaborate with designers and product partners to translate business needs into secure, accessible, and scalable solutions. You'll work across front-end and back-end services, integrate APIs, and ensure high performance and reliability. Ideal candidates bring strong JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and framework expertise, experience with version control and testing, and a passion for continuous learning and supporting diverse, global projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, and maintain responsive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and best practices
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Integrate APIs and third-party services, ensuring performance, security, and reliability
• Write clean, testable code with strong documentation and participate in code reviews
• Optimize applications for speed, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, implementing long-term fixes and improvements
• Contribute to architecture decisions and mentor junior developers as needed
• Stay current with emerging web technologies and recommend improvements to tools and processes
