Job Description

Job Title: Technical Project Manager – Workplace Technology Infrastructure

Location: Jersey City, NJ 07310 / New York, NY 10017

  • Seeking a senior Technical Project Manager with experience delivering technology infrastructure for new construction, office buildouts, branch openings, and workplace technology initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience managing network, wireless, AV/multimedia, end-user computing, and infrastructure deployments in large enterprise environments.
  • Experience with ServiceNow SPM/PPM, vendor management, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of workplace technology and infrastructure projects from initiation through implementation.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate with construction teams, facilities teams, vendors, network engineers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Oversee deployment of:
  • Network Infrastructure
  • Wireless Technologies
  • Voice & Collaboration Solutions
  • Video Conferencing & AV Technologies
  • End User Computing Solutions
  • Data Center Connectivity
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
  • Provide regular executive-level project status reporting.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
