Inside Sales Representative | Frankfurt am Main, Germany | Hybrid

The Role
• Conduct active telephone-based B2B new client acquisition across Germany, with a focus on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
• Independently manage the entire sales cycle, from lead identification and qualification to closing deals and nurturing client relationships.
• Drive daily outbound activities to achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Effectively utilize and maintain the CRM system for lead management, proposal tracking, and documenting sales opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with customer service to ensure optimal client support and identify additional growth potentials.
• Achieve performance goals and KPIs within a results-oriented team environment.
What You'll Need
• Proven experience in telephone sales or a strong aptitude for sales, with motivated career changers and sales talents welcome.
• A completed apprenticeship or degree is beneficial for understanding products and processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong active listening abilities to identify and address client needs effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus; comprehensive training will be provided.
• A goal-oriented, self-motivated approach with a genuine drive to sell and achieve performance targets.
