Description of Services
  • Support current projects and priorities in the facilitation of gathering themes, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and analysis of existing requirements documentation.
  • Directly support project and development teams on various initiatives to improve agency effectiveness, compliance with applicable statutes, and enhance service delivery capabilities.
  • Facilitate project development and quality assurance discussions on gathering story points to use for a predictive level of effort model.

Other Special Requirements
  • Create themes, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria according to Agency standards.
  • Convert existing use cases to actionable user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria in Jira.
  • Analyze existing process documentation and document potential opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Support development and implementation of various initiatives.

Candidate Skills and Qualifications
Requirements
  • 4 years experience in the field or related field as a senior-level Business Analyst (technical/emerging technology).
  • 4 years experience with a basic working knowledge of Agile project management methodologies and practices.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year experience understanding and documenting use cases.
  • 1 year experience with process documentation and process mapping.
